Our 3/4 cow option is approximately 401 pounds of our delicious, farm-fresh beef. Each cut is individually wrapped, vacuumed sealed, and ready to go in your freezer! The meat will last up to 15 months if it is not defrosted or if the vacuum-sealed package is not punctured or compromised.
