$300 deposit holds your whole, three-quarter, half, quarter, or eighth for the month you choose. Raised right here in Sylvester, Georgia. When a month is spoken for, it’s closed.
How it works
- Put down $300 and pick your month. That reserves your share of a specific animal on our farm for February, March, April, May, or June.
- We raise it. Your beef stays on our pasture and on feed for up to 250 days. No antibiotics, no steroids, no hormones. Dry aged and vacuum sealed at processing.
- Your month comes: it’s ready. We email you the balance. You pay the day before pickup or shipping.
- Pick up in Sylvester or we ship it. Local pickup at 620 E Franklin St, Suite E. UPS delivery by the box, Monday–Wednesday only, so it never sits over a weekend.
Why months? Cattle finish a few at a time, not all at once. Ten a month means every animal is ready when it’s ready, and you can pick the month your freezer will have room.

The fine print (plain English)
- Limited to 10 steers a month, 50 for the season. We only finish what our pasture can carry. Reservations are first come, first served; a month closes when its 10 are gone.
- Deposit is non-refundable. When you reserve, we commit an animal to you and feed it for up to 250 days. That’s why we ask for a deposit.
- Balance is due the day before your pickup or ship date. We’ll email you the total with a pay link.
- Timing: you pick February, March, April, May, or June 2027. We’ll email your pickup/ship week about 30 days before your month.
- Pickup or shipping: Local pickup in Sylvester is free. Eighths, quarters, and halves can ship UPS by the box, Mon–Wed, at our actual cost — quoted with your balance. Three-quarters and whole cows are pickup only; we’ll schedule your pickup day in your month.

FAQ
How much freezer space do I need? Roughly 1 cubic foot per 35–40 lb of beef. A quarter fits in a small chest freezer; a half needs a full-size one.
Is it hanging weight or take-home weight? Take-home. The pounds above are what goes in your freezer.
Can I split a half with a friend? Yes — reserve a half and split it however you like at pickup.
Can I change my month later? If the month you want still has room, yes — just call or text.
Can you ship it? Eighths, quarters, and halves, yes — UPS Ground within a day of Sylvester (GA, AL, SC, north FL), Next Day Air beyond that, in multiple boxes, at our actual cost. Three-quarters and wholes are pickup only. Shipping is quoted with your balance.
