Bulk Beef ⅛ Cow (+/- 66 lbs.)
$13.04/lb
The easiest way to try buying beef by the animal. An eighth is about 66 pounds of take-home beef at $13.04 a pound — roughly $860 all in. It fits in about 2½ cubic feet, which is a shelf or two in a regular kitchen freezer. No chest freezer required.
What you get: a full cross-section of the animal — steaks (ribeye, New York strip, sirloin, flank, skirt), roasts (chuck, brisket, rump, shoulder, bottom round), 80/20 ground beef, stew beef, cube steak, and sirloin tips. Everything is cut, vacuum sealed, and labeled.
About the weight: the pounds shown are take-home weight — what actually goes in your freezer, not hanging weight. Every animal finishes a little differently, so your final total is figured on your actual take-home weight at our per-pound price.
Shipping: an eighth can ship UPS in multiple boxes at our actual cost, or pick it up free in Sylvester.
